Heather was simply incredible throughout the entire process of selling our father's house after he passed away. This was an estate sale so was a bit more complex on many levels. It was a long process of getting it ready, updating, repairing, lawyering, negotiating, and she was absolutely instrumental in every step. I especially appreciate her guidance, her flexibility, and patience with us, her incredible attentiveness and communication with us. I would very strongly recommend Heather to anyone who is looking for an easy, guided process of buying or selling a home.

I'd give Heather 10 stars if I could. From the beginning of the process to the very end, she was understanding, knowledgeable, communicative, and above all patient with our entire family. I will be using Heather again and highly recommend her to everyone!
