Heather Partain is the best!

Heather is not only professional and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about all areas of selling real-estate. She answered all my questions and always immediately responded to my calls & text. She went above and beyond helping me sell my late mothers house in so many ways. She even had her dad cut the grass when my lawnmower was broken! She and her husband also helped us to clean up the property! She helped with all of my mothers accounts that needed to be closed or transfered to the new owners. She also helped me to get a contractor (for needed repairs), and dealing with the Insurance company & mortgage company. She kept me informed regularly each step of the way from listing to closing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me get through this difficult/ emotional task of selling my late mothers house. I recommend her to anyone who needs a real-estate agent.
