Heather sold my house "AS IS". She understood that I did not want to remodel, just sell and move on to another house. We had multiple contracts which was very discouraging. Heather made the entire home buying process a breeze for a first time home buyer - even in spite of the current chaotic housing market. Before working with Heather we were paired with another agent. It didn't work out and we were temporarily without a realtor. I reached out to Heather on a whim after speaking with her through Zillow about a house we wanted to tour. Best decision I could have made! She responded almost immediately and called me to get an idea of our budget and what we were looking for; she answered all of my questions and was honest regarding any limitations based on the criteria I provided. That night Heather sent me at least 20 listings to look through. Comparatively, we 'worked' with our previous agent for 2 weeks and weren't sent a single listing. Within days she showed us the first house on our list. It wasn't for us. In the meantime we had fallen in love with a house we thought was out of our reach. It was the most stressful event I've ever been through but she was our rock throughout everything. She negotiated a 2-year home warranty to mitigate the home being as-is. She recommended an inspector who was able to come out on short-notice. She even set us up with a lender who was able to get us clear to close within 25 days. Home buying is one of the most stressful events in life. There are so many small things that can derail the process and Heather is an invaluable person to have on your side. We went from doubting we would ever be able to compete with other buyers to owning a home within a month all because of her! She is an exceptional agent and person!
