Heather Morris is an incredible agent to work with. She has made the whole process successful and clearly has our family's best interests at heart. We thank God every day that we worked with Heather Morris. We had to sell our beautiful home in Cedar Rapids, IA when we moved out of state. We initially went with another realtor, who was unable to sell our home in 2 months, even during prime selling season. Fortunately, we were able to dissolve our contract with that realtor and to select Heather instead. Within 24 hours, Heather sold our home -- this in July, when homes are difficult to sell. Before we closed, however, a derecho hit Cedar Rapids, damaging our home. Heather worked tirelessly with us, the buyers, insurance, and contractors to repair our home and maintain the sale.
