Wonderful experience working with Heather to sell my house in November! She took care of everything i could have needed from hiring handyman and plumber to arranging their payment out of the closing. Heather also helped me find this house 12 years ago when I was moving from an apartment to a private home. I don't think she ever takes a day off, she was always available or responding to my communications within hours of not immediately. I chose Heather to begin with because other members of my family had excellent experiences working with her first. I couldn't recommend her more. You won't be disappointed or feel like a number with her.
Heather is everything you want in a real estate agent and more. We’ve owned several homes but this purchase we were all over the board. Several options would work for us but with different specifics. Heather never missed a beat. She set up searches just as we asked and even found a few that hadn’t hit the market yet. Everything was so thorough and professional with no details left out. We were looking in a large price range and many styles. She has even checked on us a couple times after closing. She is very easy to get along with and has your best interest. We used her as a buyers agent but I have been told by at least one other, they had the exact same experience as we did when she is selling their property.
Heather was amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, reliable and communication was always flawless. Even when the sale got sidetracked a couple times her positivity kept us going. I would highly recommend her whether it’s your first house or your 10th!

This is long over due. I owe so much to this realtor. When, we decided to move we had talked with Heather and one of those places that buy your houses for cash. Originally, we were going to go with the cash now option since my husband was moving before me and I didn’t know how to fix the things that needed to be done. When, I told Heather that we choose to do that and how much they were going to pay us, it was like she was personally offended that they offered such a low number. Heather knew she could get us way more money. With a little convincing she changed our minds. I’m so grateful she didn’t give up on us. The problems I was concerned with, she gave solutions. She helped me find a contractor to finish our floors and other things. Hell, she was even over helping paint the baseboards and staging the house. Does your realtor do that? If not, you obviously don’t have a person that has a genuine interest in helping you! Not only did our house attract a lot of showings, it sold in 10 days. Heather “held my hand” the whole time. From my anxiety causing me to bug her at all hours to my “sellerzilla” moments she stood by me. While I dealt with selling our house my husband was tasked with buying us one. His realtor was the opposite of Heather. While, my end went smoothly his end was a nightmare. His realtor was hard to get a hold of and dropped the ball a couple of times. That showed me that Heather is indeed a unicorn in the world of realtors. We walked away with so much more money(even after paying for things to get the house ready). All because a person believed she could help us and help us she did. I highly recommend this realtor for any of your buying or selling needs. Those things are stressful enough. So, you need an experienced person to help eliminate some of that stress!
