As a first time home buyer,Heather made the process very simple and pain free. She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole buying process. She kept in contact and sent links/information when it was closer to the closing date. I never went more than a a few days without hearing from her. She also knew the property, she knew more information than what was provided on the listing! In addition to that, she will represent you as if she was buying the house. This was apparent start to finish. Things were not quite as they were supposed to be at the closing (items in the house which were not agreed upon), without hesitation she made the situation right. She will also negotiate items in your best interest and goes above and beyond to try to make it happen. I cannot recommend Heather enough to other potential buyers/sellers.

From start to finish Heather was amazing to work with. We went with an FHA loan which in this market is a bit harder to find a home that fits but Heather was there every step of the way. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions right away.
