Heather was very knowledgeable about the areas where she was showing the houses. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she found out as soon as possible. She has great communication skills and responds back in a timely manner.. Heather also has very good time management. When we went on a multiple house tour, there was no rushing or lagging. And we never felt pressured or rushed to walk through any of the houses. She's very positive and creative, as well as a good problem solver. Heather was so awesome and patient in selling our house and assisting us in finding the right house for us to move to.
