When contacting Heather on a property we were interested in it was nice to find out she knew the property well and was very positive about it. Heather gathered all information about the property promptly and shared it with us. She was very easy to work with and responded to all questions quickly. There were a few snags along the way but Heather breezed through them. She honestly cared and was empathetic. We recommend her highly and would work with her again. At a time in life when customer service is at an all time low Heather Martelle has set the bar high. She adds her own personal touches and made the purchase of our new property a great experience!
