Long story short, Cindi from Heather’s team reached out directly to us in person by knocking on my door as part of due diligence on one of her other listings a short distance away. She wanted to know our intent with a vacant lot/land next to the residential home she was listing, she wanted to know if we would be interested in selling if someone was interested. In a nutshell, she listened to our concerns about pricing, we met with both Heather and Cindi to discuss current trends and we formulated a plan for listing our vacant property at a fair market price.
