Heather was amazing. She gave me good practical advice about prepping my property for sale and a realistic expectation of a final price we could expect to get. She communicated with me promptly any time something happened. I could not believe I signed the contract with Heather on a Saturday and signed off on a purchase contract 6 days later on Friday. We closed 10 days later. I am so pleased and glad to be done. Thank you Heather!
