Heather was fabulous

Heather was fabulous. I had quite the experience with another realtor and mortgage company (two failed contracts that I felt the Realtor I was working with didn’t remember my budget or location and didn’t have the greatest negotiation skills. I happened to fall upon Heather through a referral, and it was the best thing that happened to me. I had been looking for 9 months with another Realtor, but after I switched to Heather, within a few weeks I had a successful contract and closed this past week. My search with Heather was under a month and we had put in an offer on three houses. On the first two she was great with negotiating with the other parties and made sure I was getting what I need and staying within budget. Once we put in the contract on the last house, she guided me the whole way through and had great tools a Resources. She was invaluable during the process and I was so lucky to stumble upon her.
