Cheryl Mahar is a powerhouse. She helped me in a unique situation of selling my late grandfather’s home. We needed someone who was willing to deal with some difficult hurdles and Cheryl went above and beyond for every single thing that came up. She was flexible with me and my work schedule and was there quite literally 24/7 to answer the phone and explain things I didn’t understand and to guide me through different processes. She was patient but also got things done in a timely manner for us. She even helped my aunt (who was living in the home being sold) relocate into a new condo even though that wasn’t the primary job at hand. This whole situation has been extremely stressful and overwhelming for me and I don’t think I honestly could’ve gotten through it without Cheryl. My favorite part of working with her has to be her positivity and her drive! Even in the worst of situations she kept morale high for everyone involved. Whether you’re selling or buying, no matter how difficult or easy your situation is, this is the woman to hire for the job. She doesn’t rest until everyone is happy and everything is done right!!
