We had another real estate agent that we use for our first house in Tempe and he ended up ignoring us… Not sure if it was because we were buying $1 million house, lol. But we wanted to buy a new build and we know the market was hot. We needed to jump right away. Heather called us that same day that we emailed her, walked us through the entire process of how to do a new build, and literally within two weeks were able to secure a view lot Which was miraculous given the state of new builds at the time with lotteries and waitlists. We’re going to use Heather from here on out for all of our home purchases.
