Buying a house was something me and my husband put off for so long because we were overwhelmed with the whole process. Heather is a fairly new agent but cared and new more than other agents I spoke with including the man who sold me the house I was selling. Heather took the time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and needed to sell my house and retire (please note she managed to get me everything I asked for) she learned a lot about New Port Richey and helped me use it to market my house, it was hard to come up with a comp. since my house was the biggest in the neighborhood and had a lot of upgrades she used all of this. We discussed what the list price should be, I knew my house was unique and she agreed the marketing and pictures she had done showed all of that, we had an Open House every week , if she could not be there she had someone that was outstanding there to do the Open House. Heather made sure my house was posted everywhere and she stayed in touch with everyone who liked the house, she helped me when we received offers, due to her abilities and the fact that everyone likes her as soon as they meet her, we actually had an offer the first week, they wanted us to hold the house until they sold their house in ARIZ. we decided to turn it down rather than take the house off the market, we had several more offers but lost them due to finance issues and mortgage amounts, in the end Heather because Hether stayed in touch with the agents of everyone that liked the house, we actually sold it to the first couple for ARIZ, they had sold their home and Heather reminded their agent how much the people loved my house, they bought it! Heather was working hard to sell my house but at the same time was taking me to look at Condos, she found me a beautiful Condo on the water in Gulfport that love and could pay cash for it, because Heather got me the amount, I said I needed, she knew what I wanted and never tired to get me to settle.

The very first night we contacted her regarding our interest in a property (now our current home), she went to property after hours and filmed a walkthrough for us so that we start making decisions immediately. She handled our negotiations with care, and made sure all of our concerns were brought to the table. Closing was stress free, as Heather curated the entire process to our needs. Heather did a fine job throughout the transaction and and the closing was as smooth as could be. No documentation hiccups and the title company Heather chose was superb. Heather was always available for questions and if she didn't pick up the phone right away she got back to me in a timely manner. She is a professional, knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to do business with. I really can't think of anything negative about the entire transaction, but I'll give it some thought... :-)
