Born and raised in the River Valley, I moved to Mountain Home after graduating from Arkansas Tech University in 2013 — and my daughter and I quickly fell in love with the Twin Lakes area we now proudly call home. We enjoy spending time outdoors, on the lake and river, and supporting our local schools and community.
What began as my own home search turned into a passion for helping others find theirs. Today, as Managing Broker of ERA Doty Real Estate, I’m honored to lead an incredible team while helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care. In addition to my role in brokerage leadership, I also serve as a mentor, trainer, and coach to more than 146 agents within the ERA Arkansas offices. I love sharing what makes this place so special — whether it’s exploring our scenic trails, strolling through the historic downtown, or experiencing the excellence of Baxter Health.
I proudly serve as the current President of the North Central Board of REALTORS® and stay involved in local organizations including the Twin Lakes Home Builders Association, Chamber of Commerce, and East Side Baptist Church. I have also previously been active in Rotary Club, the Mountain Home Booster Club, and Twin Lakes Future Fund. Through my service on multiple local and REALTOR® committees, I’ve built a strong connection to the people who live here and a deep appreciation for what makes our area so special.
Honored as the 2023 and 2024 North Central Board of REALTORS® “REALTOR® of the Year,” I hold several professional designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), e-PRO®, and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as Distinctive Properties Specialist through ERA Real Estate.
