We are so thankful to Heather. She is very professional and knowledgeable agent. She held our hands during the process of buying our house. Heather educated us in every step possible so we could make the right decision. She went above and beyond our expectative. Everything that we needed it was fulfilled. Also, she understood our difficult schedules and responsibilities. The roof of the house didn't pass the inspection. We didn't know what to do because we really like the house. She contacted the roofing services to analyze it and give us an estimate, so we could make and educated decision. We bought the house and contacted several companies to compare services quality and cost, but no one could compare with the initial company. Thanks to Heather we save time and money. After the closing we still contacting her for advice, and she always answer with a friendly/professional attitude. We are very happy with our home and neighborhood.
