She was also able to point me is in the right directions for everything else we needed to do as far as flood insurance & home insurance. She made everything easy on our part & we really appreciate everything she did for us !
Heather was very professional and I told her what I wanted as far as no contingencies, as is, cash etc and I got all that. Only thing is the sale price was lower then what I wanted but you give and take. Super fast process and was able to get it done even though I was in another state!

Our experience with Heather began about a year ago in January 2021. We were planning to downsize, sell and find a smaller home. She showed my wife and I some nice houses in great neighborhoods. We decided that we wanted to build a new house. Heather suggested a builder and we signed with them. The current home was ready for sell in July. Heather said it would sell quickly. She put it on the market and we started getting offers within hours. The house sold in five days. Her knowledge of the market conditions were absolutely correct. The new house was scheduled to be completed by September. So we moved to a apartment and most of our furniture went into storage. There were numerous delays in the building process and we finally closed and moved to the new house in February 2022. Throughout this entire process, Heather was always available and got back to us quickly when we had questions or concerns. Her communication skills helped us to get through this long year. She is personable and professional. You cannot go wrong with her if you need a real estate agent. I highly recommend her.
