We were out of state buyers looking for a retirement home with some specific desires but also wanted to find a home quickly as we were staying in an Airbnb. Besides Heather we were also looking at homes with a realtor in New Bern and after about 10 possible homes, we chose to place an offer on the second home Heather showed us. She has a good working relationship with other local realtors which helped as a repair of windows was needed and she also gave us referrals which we used for a closing attorney and an inspector who came out three business days after our offer so we ended up closing in less than 4 weeks! Her husband works with her and also is very knowledgeable and gave us information on the care of the flooring and people to contact for HVAC maintenance which was a great help since we were not local.

Heather was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the process (we moved from the Philadelphia suburbs to the Greenville area) and was an advocate for us the entire time. There were some bumps in the road (not her fault at all) but she fought hard for us and communicated well throughout the process and made sure that we got a house that we are beyond thrilled with, and at a great value. We couldn’t have made this move of almost 500 miles where we’re closer to family without her!
