Heather was Fabulous.! ...…. Great realtor who knows her stuff….I was the seller and a buyer Heather persuaded me ( per comps) to list my house higher then I wanted ....reluctantly I did and was happy to say I was so wrong and she was absolutely right…it sold fast and I got the most for my house plus more. She was also very instrumental in negotiating my FIRST offer on a Townhome which was excepted right away....they both closed a few days apart. Stressful situation by any means but Heather was always very responsive which I can appreciate even at times when it was just to vent via text ...:)
