It’s easy for people to write reviews and not mean them but I sincerely want to tell you how appreciative I am of Heather. She walked me through step by step in my first home buying experience. She took me from home to home knowing fully what I wanted, what I didn’t want and my budget. She didn’t waste my time with houses she knew weren’t for me. She showed me some of the pitfalls of the houses we were looking at and gave me sound advice in an ever changing market. We found the perfect house for me and we’re able to make a bid that won, in this market! It didn’t end there. She hooked me up with a handy man, cleaning service and even continued checking in on me after the sale was completed. She worked to help me get my home owners occupancy tax discount and put in extra effort in so many other ways. She is kind, intelligent and patient and that’s exactly what you’ll want in a realtor. I highly recommend her. -Shawn Brady
