Heather's depth of knowledge was extremely impressive. In addition, she was professional and responsive. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I both appreciated Heather's guidance during the process of searching for and buying our first home. She is an excellent listener and extremely patient, and helped us navigate the whole process smoothly. I appreciated the fact that she always provided explanations and a discussion of the pros and cons of each decision we made. Her calm interpersonal style was extremely reassuring and helpful during our home-buying experience. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone in need of an agent.
