She recommended contractors and handymen who did great work. Heather helped pick paint, floors and even cabinet knobs. Just before listing she noticed the ceiling mounted lights needed to be rotated, so she got on a ladder and made all four lights perfect. Heather was most informative and helpful pricing the property and kept all third parties accountable and on schedule for a seamless closing. We would recommend her to anyone.
