We lived in New Mexico and wanted to buy a permanent home in Florida. Heather was very proactive in working with me and the lender to be sure that I was able to buy this property. she negotiated the date for closing when the bank was delaying the closing. she worked with the title company so make sure they had all the needed verification needed for the closing. she worked with the seller to have the pest infestation resolved before I purchased the home. she helped me through each step of the purchase and encouraged me when I got frustrated with the process.
