I had put a very average property up for sale (IMO). 2-bedroom condominium (more like a small apartment) in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Very modest listing by Bergen County standards. I had a multitude of agents contact me to represent but Heather was only one that sounded confident that I am going to get what I want like if I listed a million dollar property. This was my first ever experience with real estate sale and even though it took time, Heather never let me forget her confidence in final result. Let's just say even though process took longer than I thought, I did not take her long to find the right buyer. She told me to trust the process. Well the process did work. We have the result. I know one thing - buy or sell in the future I won't be looking for anyone better to represent me. Because they are not out there
