Scrolling through FB I found Heather through all the informational posts about what's going on in the area. Contacted Heather to ask questions to see if she was the right fit. Within a minute I knew she was the agent for us. Heather came by to walk us through the process - she did not push to just sign a contract - she walked us through the process on what will happened, what I would need to take care of, and what she will do to ensure the selling process was stress free (I was out of the state). Heather listen to our wants and needs and surpass every expectation that we had. She was laser focused on ensuring we were taken care of. I forgot that she had other clients. She made us feel like we were the only clients. Once offers started coming in she gave us a spreadsheet that broke everything down so it was easy to understand. She stayed on top of all deadlines that the Buyers included in their contract. Heather is AMAZING!!! We couldn't have picked a better agent to work with.
