They listen carefully and quickly grasp specific "must haves" and work hard to hunt for the exact needs of their clients. The Casos are quite knowledgeable, know the market, and they are quick to respond to all questions in phone calls, texts, and emails. They are professional, trustworthy, honest, kind, and very respectful in every circumstance that may arise. While spending time with Heather and Tim during the house hunting process, we were very comfortable sharing our thoughts and ideas.
