Heather is a Knowledgeable and Diligent Agent, very professional

I did not know Heather but contacted her about listing my home for sale after receiving an information mailing from her about her, her brokerage company and sales of homes in my neighborhood including hers and by others. She responded promptly and met with me at my home and provided significant information about the market value and proper asking price for my home and detailed marketing plan. She arranged and paid for professional pictures of the exterior and interior of my home and assembled a very professional "listing brochure". Heather arranged and held several open houses, kept me advised of showings and walked me through offers and the documents involved. Unfortunately, the bottom dropped out of the local market almost immediately after I listed but she kept me informed of market activity and offered sage advice in lowering my asking price. She was very helpful in advising about what furniture should be removed and possible impact on showings. When I was finally under contract she kept me updated on the timetable and buyers closing issues. She held my hand through the entire process. I couldn't have done it without her!
