Heather is very down to earth and isn't pushy at all. She has a ton of knowledge and experience when it comes to real estate and also the loan process. Her understanding and knowledge is very beneficial and makes the home buying process much smoother. She was always available by text, email, and cell phone. Heather did a fantastic job helping us locate a property that had key factors we needed. The search was getting tedious as we struggled thru on our own calling adds as they appeared on Zillow.
