Also, she was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and accommodating when assisting my elderly parents through the sale process - often travelling to their home to obtain signatures and various other exercises to facilitate the sale process. Our transaction was a fairly complicated one given the multiple parties and jurisdictions involved - and I don't have a single complaint about the process; Heather was great. I highly recommend.
