My husband and I used Heather for listing and selling our home. Heather guided us on what to do in getting the house ready to list and hired a stager so that the house would be shown at its' best. Heather was also very knowledgeable on pricing the home at market value. All of her assistance resulted in the home being sold the day before it listed! Heather was also very professional and helpful in negotiating the sales contract and inspection items to be fixed. Would definitely recommend and use Heather for selling or buying a home.
