We visit one community and he sold the deal right then and there, he know exactly where to take us based on our request. He followed up checked up on my and my husband from time to time, making sure we were up to speed the whole process. He paid very close attention to detail and reviewed each document with me and made sure there wasn’t a scam. He really made this whole process easy and as first time homebuyers people told us it would be difficult but not with Heath. He placed us in our forever dream home.

Had numerous contacts within the community to answer questions, such as HVAC and plumbing, so that we could make an informed decision on whether to buy the house or not. He was readily available when we had questions, and provided information in a timely manner. As we reviewed houses online that he suggested, and when we visited properties, he quickly learned what was important to us and adapted the focus of the properties to meet our needs.
