Heath Came to Our Rescue

Our home was listed for six months, with very little interest being shown. Our first agent basically listed the home and waited for calls. When Heath took over, he ordered a 4’ x 8’, custom sign, which was highly visible on the highway, since the home was set way back, from the highway. Then he had new beautiful photos taken, and created an outstanding video, promoting our home. Right away, much interest was shown. Within a few weeks, we had a solid buyer. Heath was very professional and kept us well-informed, throughout the process. Mr Sullivan was very busy with the sale of multiple homes, while taking care of our sale. We were well cared for, in spite of his other obligations. I would highly recommend Heath Sullivan to anyone attempting to buy or sell a home.
