Being a first time buyer, we did not have a clue about anything really. Hazel took our hands and asked us through everything step by step. She was available for us lterally 24 hours a day, as there was never a time we called her and she did not respond immediately. No matter how long it took, she answered all of our questions ( no matter how "odd". Hazel made us feel like we were her only clients and finding our dream home her only mission in life. We now consider Hazel a part of our family. Of all the things Hazel did for us, there was 1 thing in particular that stood out that had nothing to do with purchasing a home. In the middle of it search for a home, i experienced an extreme health crisis and Hazel was always very supportive and encouraging. Despite the fact that my health crisis caused us to take 2 years to find the perfect home, Hazel remained attentive to our needs until we found it. Hazel is extremely professional and has such a loving, attentive, and considerate personality making her an amazing realtor.
