Hazel Collins

Hazel went above & beyond from start to finish. Her expertise & professionalism was evident throughout the process. She was very attentive & went to bat for us to meet our needs. And she did all of this with a lightning fast 21 day closing.

This is the worst Realtor I have ever done business with. Hazel promised to help buy appliances and help with repairs because we were out of state owners. After signing the contract she backed out of her promises. Get everything she promises in writing on your contract. The photos she personally took of the listing were horrible and she refused to change them or do any corrections on errors of the listing itself. I found Hazel to be very unprofessional. While under contract with her she wrote me a email never to personally contact her again. To get the listing she insisted the property would sell fast and for $159,000 but, after she listed she stated she couldn't get me close to that price. Beware! Get everything in writing and clear on your contract should you decide to hire her. Once we got a offer and accepted Hazel did not keep me updated. I was on my own with the title company. Even my title company was frustrated with her communication skills. I could never recommend Hazel Collins!
