This review is long overdue, but Hazel's professionalism, attentiveness, personal touch, and tact is unforgettable. We bought our 1st home in Norfolk when COVID was in full swing. We did not have much knowledge of different areas so it took us numerous site visits and many months to find out home. With Hazel, we always felt as if we were the only and most important customer, she shared so many useful and interesting insights and we also had a lot fun throughout! We recommend Hazel if you're looking for a home and want this experience be positively memorable and led by an honest and transparent realtor whose whole attention, while always tactfully, is given to you!

My husband and I not only had the pleasure of working with Hazel to sell our previous home but help us buy our current home. She was not only kind and thoughtful with regards to both our work schedules but our budget as well. She worked around our time and and the holidays ( around Christmas and New Year's) and even had another agent step in to show us a couple of homes in her absence because my husband seen a home listed but because she was not in town and did not want us to miss out she had us work a little bit with Laura ( who was also professional and dedicated) Hazel never showed us homes that was out of our budget or pushed any home on us that we did not like but she was incredible in showing us any house that we did want to see as long as it was still listed. However, if there was a home that we did like that went off the market she tried to find a similar style in either look or price. As for selling our previous home she was just as dedicated and determined in making sure the process went as smooth as possible. Toward the end of selling the house when little issues started popping up she was very forthcoming with what was going on and what to expect. She gave excellent advice or recommendations on the best course of action and NEVER sugar costed anything when it came to something that might end up costing my husband and me more money than we wanted to spend but she let us know up front that what she would recommend spending more money on versus something else. While I was on pins and needles thinking the home would not sell (because of the issues that kept showing up) she was excellent and handled everything professional and in a very timely manner. We would recommend Hazel to anyone we know who is in the market to buy or sell their home.

Hazel was so great with us! We are first time home buyers and she was great she explained everything to us very well so we understood everything and she never made us feel pressured to do anything. She was always very understanding and kind throughout the whole process. Thank you for everything!

Hazel was very helpful, knowledgeable and a delight to work with in the sell of our home. She gave us helpful information prior to listing our home as to what would be best to help sell our home and what things we shouldn’t worry about. She knew the market and homes in our area that could help with what would be the best listing price. So much so we ended up with +3,000 over asking. She answered our question and concerns with appropriate amount of time.
