Hazel handled both the selling of our old home and the purchase of our new home. First of all, she was very knowledgeable in knowing the right price to sell our house. As a result, we were able to sell our house at a higher price which meant more towards the down payment for our new home. She also made herself available whenever a new house came on the market and we had to see it right away. We were very satisfied in how she handled the inspections of the homes and she made sure we understood what was happening during the whole process. We would (and do) recommend her to all our family and friends.
