We reached out to Keller Williams via web-based inquiry form not knowing who would respond. We already had a house in mind we were interested in seeing. Haywood responded within the first five minutes of our submitted request, was very courteous and professional. Right there, we were off to a great start! Haywood showed us the house of interest, however it did not work out due to water issues in the basement. Even though we liked everything else about the house, not once did Haywood try to convince us the issue was easily addressable and that we should consider putting in an offer. He earned out trust from that moment on, marking the beginning of our 6-month journey together in search of a perfect house. The search with us was not easy as we had several requirements we could not and would not compromise on, and we were also personally going through many changes (new jobs, etc).
