Haywood helped us list and sell our previous home. We were Haywood's repeat customers and contracted his services after a recent successful home purchase experience. Haywood started by presenting relevant research to help us determine the appropriate price range, including neighborhood sales, market trends, etc. Haywood also arranged for a staging consultation, as well as a photographer to help us prepare for the home sale. When the listing, the marketing brochures and the open house were done, we considered them as the most professional job ever. Our house got multiple offers and was under contract only days after being on the market. Haywood took us through the entire process step by step, patiently working both with us and the buyers, and always making us feel like we were his #1 customers! We highly recommend Haywood to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
