As someone who researches everything I believed I understood the magnitude of what the home buying process was. Boy was I VERY wrong, but thankfully I had someone who understood this very well. Although she wasn't the agent I initially listed with, Hayley Peters did a wonderful of job of taking over the sale of my home all the way to settlement.
