I was a first time buyer and basically terrified due to my lack of knowledge of the whole process. I finally felt a sense of calm take over after talking with Haley for the first time. I had gone through two previous relators and was starting to get a bad taste in my mouth but that went away immediately. She listened to my questions and then asked some of her own to make sure I was on the right path. Well, I was not on the right path. After the first week of working with Haley and using the people she knew and trusted, my closing costs were cut in half and my interest rate dropped by 2%. Throughout the whole process she was always a call or a text away and never could not provide an answer. She simplified the entire process with all of her connections from a lender to an inspector. Within 30 days we I had made an offer, closed and moved in. I still have no idea personally how to buy a home. It is hard to trust someone you just meet, but she has the ability to earn your trust in a very brief period. Now that it is all said and done I could not imagine being in this home without her.
