We hired Hayat to sell our house in Claremont and out of any of the real estate agents we’ve worked with she was our favorite by far! Hayat was communicative, strategic, available, helpful, and walked us through the entire process of the open house, accepting an offer, and negotiating terms. She asked us to trust her process and listing price, which again was strategic, and ultimately she got us close to 50k more than we asked- way more than we thought was possible. Shes also just remarkably kind and fun to be around- very patient with all situations, family situations, etc. she genuinely cares and still checks in our little family. She’s just the best!!
