Hatim was my broker on a rental property in Emerald Hills for 7 years. He was incredibly responsive at every step of the process and got me top $ for the property. When it came to purchase a second home in Marin, I did not hesitate to retain Hatim and he again did an incredible job of supporting me and negotiating the best deal-- in fact, he managed to get almost $100K under asking in a hot market that was regularly going a 100K over. I cannot recommend him enough!
