Our family was given a short-notice relocation from Seattle to the Boston area, and Dave was extremely patient, professional, and kind as he worked with our very time-limited visit to the area. He took all my information and feedback seriously and used our time very wisely, showing us only homes that would be a fit in the areas we'd chosen. Once we were ready to make an offer, Dave was on it immediately, working with us and the seller to close the deal with minimal hassle and maximum efficiency. I can't recommend Dave enough to any family, but especially families making a big jump like we did.
