Working with Jimmy was very easy and professional. He has a vast knowledge of the market and really helped figure out the right asking price and way to present the house. Even with a few setbacks getting the house ready, he was patient, gave good suggestions and didn't push us in a direction we didn't want. We would gladly work with Jimmy and Bellmarc again!

He gets to know what his clients want and need and manages to bring the right people together. He stays in touch and explains everything. He is kind and caring and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
