Haryl, took care of all the details. He had everything ready in a package the first time we sat down to meet, covering all the comparable in the area so we could set our listing price. From there he had the stagers come in, and then held open house over the weekends. Haryl was great in helping us negotiate with the buyers and everything worked out well for all. Thanks!
