Harvey had a challenge of having four owners on one house. Three of us were on the same page, while the fourth really made Harvey work for his money. There were many emotions and flaring of tempers, for this was our childhood home. From the very 1st viewing, we gave him a HUGE list of interests and gave him many hoops to jump through to make sure we found the PERFECT HOUSE. We were relocating to a new city, busy careers and parents, which meant we could only view homes once a week! And if that wasn't enough we gave him a tight budget, and multiple requirements!I dont know how he did it , BUT HE DID. He balanced his years of professional and knowledge with his personal consideration and delivered excellect service. He went WAY above expectations and found ways to encourage us on our future journey. We had options, but the moment Harvey started exemplifying his expertise, we knew he was our guy! Harvey was a great agent. I'm a first time home buyer and had worked with a few realtors casually over the years. Harvey was straightforward, resourceful, honest, and easy to deal with. He walked me through the entire process step by step, had excellent knowledge of the area, and guided me towards the right home.
