I have never experienced someone works so tirelessly over every detail of a purchase or over everything for that matter. Hartini isn't just your realtor. She's part of your team and family. She helped us sell a difficult to sell property, fast and well within our goals :) We were really struggling to find the right buyer for our house. We kept getting low offers and FHA buyers with too many strings attached. Then COVID hit. We started having trouble affording property maintenance and were genuinely worried we would have to sell very low. So I asked Hartini about lowering the listing price. She encouraged me and convinced me to leave it and be patient. She said the right buyer would come along. She went above and beyond to hire the right contractors that agreed to be paid after the property sold and managed the property, even though we couldn't afford the landscaping and maid services, etc... She kept doing open houses and she revised some of the marketing images. A week later, we received an offer above listing price!!! She was right and I am so pleased. Hartini's services were worth every penny. I really don't know what we would have done without her and I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell your house for the right price and quickly!
