This is my second review for Mr. Harshad Bhimani. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Harshad for selling my house. He helped us at every step of the process & answered all our questions patiently. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. Our house went under contract in 5 days after we put it on the market. We had multiple offers and all well over asking price. Last but not the least, our house sold for a record highest price in history till date (compared to similar homes in the area). I've recommended Harshad to everyone I know.
