We are extremely happy to work with Harsha Parikh on the house we purchased. It was very hard to find the house we were looking for. We needed house with a master bedroom down stair. I do not know why they do not make these type of houses anywhere. We did find ranch houses with all bedrooms down stair but they were in 55 and older community where children can not stay permanently. We wanted to keep our grand daughter with us. So Harsha worked very hard and found us the house that met our requirements of having master suites down stair and we can also keep our grand daughter with us and with easy going HOA.

Harsha is very professional and good communicator. Her knowledge in the field was valuable whenever we had questions on either paperwork or regarding home.

Harsha's valuable knowledge of houses/communities in the Bethany and Hillsboro areas helped us to find our house during the pandemic. Because of her long time experience living in the nearby area's she was a lot familiar with the pros and cons of different localities which we leveraged to narrow our search based on our criteria/budget. She had contacts with lenders and home inspectors as well which also helped with the smooth process of the transaction. She was considerate of our requirements and made sure all our concerns were promptly addressed.

With Harsha, you get someone who is more of a friend than an agent. Her advice was always keeping our best interest at heart rather than her own. Thanks to her extensive experience in this field, she has several reliable and handy contacts pertinent to anything related to home buying. 10/10 would recommend to first time home buyers.
