When we met with Harry and Liz we weren’t sure we actually wanted to sell our house because we were intimidated by the whole process. We had been in the house for 30 years and the thought of preparing the house for sale, picking a listing price, finding a real estate attorney, getting through inspections, preparing for an open house, and so on, was daunting. After just ten minutes of talking to them, and seeing how knowledgeable and confident and encouraging they were, we had the courage to do it. As the process went on, they only got more supportive and responsive. Every single time I texted either one of them I got an immediate response. Every time I needed advice on what to do, instant answer. When I needed an electrician, problem solved. They also set us up with an excellent real estate lawyer. On top of everything, Harry found a realtor in Florida who helped us buy our new home. I can’t say enough good things about them because there are simply too many to mention. They feel like family to us and we will miss them. And by the way, we ended up getting above asking price, and way above what we originally thought we could get for the house.
